About this webinar
Property Inspections are an important activity which most Authorities engage in for the purpose of assessing new property developments, reviewing the status of empty properties and verifying exemptions and reliefs granted to local citizens and businesses.
Keeping on top of Property Inspections in the current climate however has been a challenge for most Authorities and a key focus going forward will be on enabling Inspectors to work remotely whilst retaining access to the information that is essential to their role.
This webinar identifies how the Aspire Property Inspection solution can assist. All data is held and processed centrally in one place and made available via tablets, iPads and laptops, so Property Inspectors can securely access it remotely from any device without the need to go into Councils offices.
Inspectors can schedule, plan, review and remotely manage visits to all properties including new developments, exemptions and relief reviews and record the outcome of those visits electronically. Aspire incorporates the ability to take photos and video footage and upload it into the case file during the site visit, the outcome of the visit is then immediately accessible to other members of the team, wherever they are located.
Back office and support staff have full access to Aspire to both create and check the progress of inspections, in addition to managing the progression of administrative duties such as issuing completion notices or updating exemption and relief details and occupancy information.
Why you should attend?
