‘We have used the Civica workflow system for a number of years and whilst we set the application up in a manner that reflected our business we felt that we needed an independent review of how we used the system and to establish if things could be done better.

Destin undertook a comprehensive review of all aspects of the system from the set up of the system parameters to a detailed analysis of our existing process maps.
Following their on-site work Destin produced a detailed report that challenges how we configured certain aspects of the application and has provided a list of recommendations that when implemented will ensure that we are making the most of the technology.’
