1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using Sphere (“the App”), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.
2. Description of Service
Sphere provides collection agents with a method of scheduling visits to debtors and managing the visit successfully. The App is hosted on Microsoft Azure and is subject to the terms and conditions of the Microsoft Azure platform.
3. User Responsibilities
- You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.
- You agree not to misuse the App, including but not limited to interfering with its normal operation or attempting to access it using a method other than the interface and instructions provided.
4. Privacy
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which can be found at https://www.destin.co.uk/privacy
5. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, and data on the App, including but not limited to software, text, graphics, and logos, are the property of Destin Solutions Limited or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Destin Solutions Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
- Your use or inability to use the App;
- Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein.
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the App. Your continued use of the App after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
