Destin Solutions and clients shortlisted in three IRRV Performance Awards

We are delighted to announce that Destin Solutions has been shortlisted for three awards in this year’s IRRV Performance Awards, recognising the successful partnerships and collaborative work undertaken with Wigan Council and Whyte & Co.

Wigan Council and Destin have been named finalists in the Excellence in Innovation (Collaboration) category and Excellence in Partnership (Service Delivery) category. In addition Whyte & Co and Destin have also been named finalists in the Excellence in Innovation (Collaboration) category.

Wigan Council – Single View of Business
Our work with Wigan Council has resulted in the development of a unique, ground-breaking ‘local business profiling’ solution. Providing a ‘single view of business’ it works by drawing real-time data from multiple internal and external sources and consolidating it into a centralised platform, supporting targeted, proactive and intelligence-led engagement with local businesses in Wigan. It has been instrumental in identifying sector trends, business decline and growth areas in Wigan whilst enabling early intervention to protect jobs and support business continuity and revenue.

Working closely with Wigan, the solution is being used to proactively promote training, events and funding available for specific business sectors, spot patterns and trends in upcoming business sectors relocating to the area and identifying local areas requiring investment. Reducing data gathering time by approximately 96%, it has transformed the process of running analytical tasks and queries from days, into a matter of minutes for the team at Wigan.

Whyte & Co – 20/20 Intelligent Data
We have also had the pleasure of working with Whyte & Co developing a solution called 20/20 Intelligent data ©. 20/20 supports a new automated, empathetic intelligence-led era of recovery, considering the vulnerabilities of citizens and the financial issues they face. Provided with nothing more than just a name, address and an outstanding balance by Councils, 20/20 automatically supplements this data with detailed information and unique mapping to create an individual financial profile for each debtor.

Since implementation 20/20 has been constantly refined with responses being tailored in real time during inbound calls using data provided by the solution to identify those struggling and to identify where debtors may be unknowingly paying non-priority debts.
