‘Destin had previously helped us develop numerous reports for our benefits team, but we were restricted in that the reports couldn’t be scheduled. Destin suggested a solution using Microsoft Reporting Services/Business Intelligence Development Studio (BIDS) that would allow us to develop both new reports and to mirror our existing reports. The solution now allows us to run reports automatically thus freeing up the time taken by a member of staff (most of a Monday morning). The solution is now used for benefits, housing and homeless functions.
Destin wrote the models that we needed to fulfil these requirements and have helped us through the whole process, training us in writing the reports and running one to one workshop sessions to actually produce the reports. We have ended up with a solution that has been tailored specifically to our needs.’
