Gedling Borough Council have recently purchased both the Knowledge Assessment Centre and Revenues & Benefits process manual. Both products will assist Gedling in providing training and guidance to users.
Destin are currently configuring the council procedural manual and assessment centre and will have both products installed in April 2007.
