You may have seen that the SBRR Overview screen now includes a ‘Matched On’ field. By clicking on the column header this can be sorted into date order, enabling you to view the most recent matches more easily.
Additionally, a new column has been added to the Associated Accounts screen to indicate whether or not a ratepayer is currently liable for rates. However, it is worth noting that in many cases where a ratepayer is no longer liable there may be historical periods of SBRR fraud or error to investigate.
