Find a Ratepayer – Recovery Tool
You may already be using the ‘Find a Ratepayer’ search facility as a validation tool before granting Small Business Rate Relief. However, many HUB users are also using the search facility as a recovery tool when a ratepayer is no longer trading
or liable for rates in their area.
By searching using ‘Find a Ratepayer’ council’s are able to check whether the ratepayer is trading elsewhere in the country and then continue with their recovery and enforcement action.
