Dealing with Companies House Matches
The process for managing matches with Companies House that are reported on the Company Status screen has been simplified. As you will be aware, HUB matches your company ratepayer data every month with Companies House to identify ratepayers that have been dissolved or where a change in the status may result in you choosing a different route for recovery.
By clicking on the new ‘Update Company Status’ button you can record when you have ‘Actioned’ a case as well as reporting on the amount of relief reclaimed or business rates that you have recovered.
Matches that you have already dealt with can then be ‘Excluded’ from future results as shown below:
