About this event

This is a free to attend conference for Revenues and Income Recovery officers. The conference is the ‘must attend’ event for 2025 to see and discuss the evolving and new technology, strategies and techniques for local authority income recoveries.

Working practices for local authorities have changed, and the customers they all engage with now behave differently especially for debt and income applications.  Without the adoption of new techniques, automations and new process ideas then recoveries will decline being out of sync with current trends and impacting results.

Local government budgets and resources have been severally impacted in 2024, so for many authorities they will have to change to achieve at least parity in results.  New ideas and practical innovations are the solution. Find out more by attending the event.
