About this webinar
With many citizens and businesses stretched to their financial limit, Councils have the opportunity to fundamentally change how they recover outstanding debt by using all the data at their disposal to apply a fairer, more compassionate approach to recovery.
We are already working with a number of Local Authorities and Enforcement Agencies providing a wealth of debtor data sourced from external third parties coupled with a Councils own data to provide a true picture of a debtor’s circumstance.
Incorporating automated scorecard and workflow methodology our Data Services solution provides a sophisticated, intelligent approach incorporating credit reference, contact and business intelligence data to support a more informed decision-making process when it comes to recovery.
As well as identifying potentially vulnerable debtors in your Authority, it assists in reducing additional burdens placed on those debtors who simply can’t afford to pay. Rather than adding on additional court and enforcement costs to vulnerable debtors, the system can be set up to route these cases to those in your team best equipped to deal with them.
In addition to addressing your immediate short-term debt, this same technology can also be applied to older debt spanning back years which has not been reviewed recently. Circumstances of debtors change over time and for cash-strapped Authorities it could provide a much-needed additional injection of revenue.
Why you should attend?
