Documents related to the planning decisions made, can also be reviewed with relevant information extracted in bulk and added to OnSite enabling the automatic creation of new developments.

New developments analysis
This information is then available to access electronically via a secure web portal and can be analysed in any number of ways, assisting with forecasting for budgets, identifying developmental trends and understanding when completion notices should be issued. The information can be accessed by revenues teams, council tax teams, property and planning departments as well as administrative back office staff and business rates teams who may want to monitor any new industrial parks or properties converted as part of a high street regeneration.
