Supported Browsers
Although the Destin Portal may be accessed by other browsers, Destin Solutions only supports Microsoft Edge and the instructions below only refer to Microsoft Edge.

Adding to Favourites
For ease of access, we recommend that you save the portal address to the favourites tab by:

  1. Open Microsoft Edge and type in site address:
  2. Click on the ellipsis ‘…’ at bottom of screen
  3. Then click on ‘Add to favourites’

In the future the Destin Portal Sign In page can be accessed by opening up Edge, clicking on the ellipsis at the bottom of the screen, selecting ‘Favourites’, selecting ‘Mobile Favourites’ and then click on ‘Sign In’

Known Issues
We are aware of the issues below and are working on a resolution. In the interim please use the following work arounds:

  • The system sometimes does not immediately update when an action is performed. This is especially prevalent when clicking on the tabs at the top of the screen. In most cases this can be corrected by clicking on the Refresh button on the top right of the screen and repeating the action.
  • If clicking on a work item does not bring up the required dialogue box within 3 seconds please use the Refresh button to repeat the action and the dialogue box should load immediately.
  • If an error screen appears this can be cleared by clicking on the Refresh button and, if necessary, repeat the process.
