Destin Solutions Limited (“We”) are committed to protecting and respecting your privacy.

INFORMATION WE MAY COLLECT FROM YOU AND BASIS FOR PROCESSING
We may collect and process the following data about you:

This includes information provided at the time of registering to use our site, subscribing to attend an event or receive other marketing materials, posting material or requesting further information about our products or services. We may also ask you for information when you enter a competition or promotion sponsored by Destin Solutions Limited, and when you report a problem with our site.

IP ADDRESSES
We may collect information about your computer, including where available your IP address, operating system and browser type, for system administration. This is statistical data about our users’ browsing actions and patterns, and does not identify any individual.

COOKIES
Our website uses cookies to distinguish you from other users of our website. This helps us to provide you with a good experience when you browse our website and also allows us to improve our site. WHERE WE STORE YOUR PERSONAL DATA
The data that we collect from you may be transferred to, and stored at, a destination outside the European Economic Area (“EEA”). It may also be processed by staff operating outside the EEA who work for us or for one of our suppliers. Such staff maybe engaged in, among other things, the fulfilment of your order, the processing of your payment details and the provision of support services. LENGTH OF STORAGE
The personal data we collect from you will be stored for a period of 5 years with a review after 3 years. You have the opportunity to opt out, amend or delete data we hold about you and details are outlined below on how this can be done.

We will usually inform you (before collecting your data) if we intend to use your data for such purposes or if we intend to disclose your information to any third party for such purposes. ACCESS TO INFORMATION
Under new GDPR legislation you have the right to access information held about you. Any access request may be subject to a fee of £10 to meet our administrative costs in providing you with details of the information we hold about you. We will respond to your request within one month of receipt of the request.

OBJECTIONS TO PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
You have the right to object to us processing your personal data if you feel the ‘ground relating to your particular situation’ apply. The only reasons we would be able to deny this request is if we can show legitimate and compelling justification for the processing which override your rights, freedoms, interest or the processing is for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims.

DATA PORTABILITY
It is also your right to receive the personal data which you have given to us, in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format and have the right to transmit that data to another controller without delay from the current controller if:

(a)    The processing is based on consent or on a contract, and
(b)    The processing is carried out by automated means.
