Destin Solutions Limited (“We”) are committed to protecting and respecting your privacy.

INFORMATION WE MAY COLLECT FROM YOU AND BASIS FOR PROCESSING
We may collect and process the following data about you:

IP ADDRESSES
We may collect information about your computer, including where available your IP address, operating system and browser type, for system administration. This is statistical data about our users’ browsing actions and patterns, and does not identify any individual.

Our website uses cookies to distinguish you from other users of our website. This helps us to provide you with a good experience when you browse our website and also allows us to improve our site. WHERE WE STORE YOUR PERSONAL DATA
The data that we collect from you may be transferred to, and stored at, a destination outside the European Economic Area (“EEA”). LENGTH OF STORAGE

ACCESS TO INFORMATION
Under new GDPR legislation you have the right to access information held about you. Any access request, following verification, will provide you with details of the information we hold about you. We will respond to your request within one month of receipt of the request.

The only reasons we would be able to deny this request is if we can show legitimate and compelling justification for the processing which override your rights, freedoms, interest or the processing is for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims.

DATA PORTABILITY
It is also your right to receive the personal data which you have given to us, in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format and have the right to transmit that data to another controller without delay from the current controller if:

(a)    The processing is based on consent or on a contract, and
(b)    The processing is carried out by automated means.
