Technology Configuration

Workflow and Contact Management systems can be set up thousands of different ways but only one way will provide the optimum support to your processes and structures.

At the minimum these systems should be configured to automate and reinforce how you work. However, if configured fully, they can automate operational tasks such as prioritising and distributing work, and collecting detailed information on processes, activities, teams and individuals. This information can be used to improve performance using Decision Cubes.

We begin by agreeing the processes and structures the applications should support, then plan and run a series of workshops where the applications are systematically configured and tested to ensure they support the new processes.

In order to facilitate the transfer of knowledge, we encourage clients to take a lead role in this process. Our role will be to facilitate, provide expert advice on product functionality but most importantly to guide your staff in a proven, thorough approach to implementing workflows.
