BPHA - BPR and workflow configuration

BPHA has worked with several of Destin’s consultants  as part of a major programme of technology-enabled improvements to customer service. They have worked with us in a number of roles including preparing business cases, business process re-engineering, training and application development. In all of these activities the consultants have proved to be capable of analysing problems and finding effective solutions.
