Nigel McAvoy

Nigel specialises in helping organisations set and achieve meaningful targets for improvement in service delivery through redesigning their processes, management structures and use of new technology.

 

Nigel’s experience includes working in large consultancy practices where he was involved in architecting and delivering pioneering PPP contracts for Local Government and leading a multi-million pound change project to deliver 20% savings in operational costs within the Financial Services sector.

 

Over the last number of years he has worked closely with clients in the Local Government and RSL sector to enable them to make best use of their people and technology to meet the challenges of the Efficiency Agenda. Nigel lives in West London.
