The IRRV and Destin Solutions announce the union of their electronic guides to provide the ultimate online resource for Revenues and Benefit Practitioners.
The IRRV’s Euclidian Online Training resource is a well-established and trusted training solution which provides users with a structured training resource to test their knowledge of relevant subjects, comprehensive training needs analysis and topical issues. The content is authored by experienced practitioners and contains a wealth of national information, legislation, best practice and case law.
Destin Solutions Enlight Procedure Manuals are tailored to each Local Authority’s precise requirements and includes local policy, step by step procedures, training notes, system guides and useful contacts. The manual is designed to pull together all the information users require to do their daily work. A recent edition to Enlight is the inclusion of a ‘Case Law Digest’, which is authored by eminent housing lawyer Jan Luba QC. The solution is fully searchable with a ‘google’ like search which means users can find the information they are looking for very quickly and easily.
So joining these two products together makes perfect sense – there is now one directory, one resource and in our view only one way to train and keep staff up to date.
Take for example a backdate request for benefit – the combined solution now means that a user can see the local policy, see how to apply the backdate award on the core system through step by step/screen by screen procedures, see the associated regulations, read the definition and examples of good cause and see examples of best practice.
