Lancaster City Council - Reporting Solutions

 

Destin Solutions continue to provide assistance to Local Authorities with the creation of management reports.

We have recently worked with Lancaster City Council to provide a suite of reports from the Anite Images @ Work system

Richard Mason, Head of Revenue Services at Lancaster City Council said:

‘Following the implementation of Anite’s Images @ Work document management system we found that we were lacking the resouirces to use the report writing tools that would enable us to run bespoke reports that would assist in managing the work and monitoring performance.

Destin Solutions were able to use their knowledge of report writing tools to interrogate the Anite Images @ Work system to write the bespoke management reports that we needed . The information from these reports will be used to identify performance issues, manage workloads and to improve efficiency.

We simply provided Destin Solutions with a list of the information and reports that we required and they created the reports for us. The reports have been written in a way which enables us to enter run time parameters. The reports provide both a high level summary as well as providing the ability to drill down to the details of the specific document or account.

Previous experience of working with Destin Solutions led us to believe they could assist us to bridge this skills and resource gap and . I am pleased to say that they not only did this, but that the results exceed our expectations.’
