Destin Solutions Ltd deliver an electronic on-line procedure manual to Birmingham City Council
The manual will cover Housing and Council Tax Benefits, Council Tax and Non-Domestic Rates and brings together the information practitioners and managers need to help deliver an efficient and effective service.

The solution is being delivered by Destin Solutions, Birmingham City Council and Service Birmingham Ltd.
