Our Balanced Scorecards summarise the information in the Decision Cube for each individual in the department so they can see ‘at a glance’ how they are performing. They are customised to support your objectives, how you work and how you are organised.
As the Balanced Scorecards sit over the Decision Cube - which contains information on your customers, processes, staff and systems - it gives you a complete picture of how you are performing in one place. In addition, it enables you to ‘drill down’ into the Decision Cube to rapidly identify specific performance problems.
