We have worked with a number of clients who use workflow and Document Image Processing (DIP) applications to assist them in obtaining management information. In particular we have recently worked on the following projects:
  • Lancaster City Council - using Anite Images @ Work - creating specific reports to manage users and throughput of work;
  • Sunderland City Council - using Civica URB - training key users to extract information and format reports;
  • Waverley Borough Council - also using Civica URB - creating specific reports to manage users and throughput of work;
  • Wealden District Council - using OITUK Optech - development of a comprehensive suite of management reports.
We can either develop reports to your requirements using third party reporting tools or train users on using reporting tools to create their own reports. Either way our services will provide you with the tools needed to manage and monitor users and work volumes.
 
 

Wealden District Council

Following our work at Wealden District Council, Helen Steele Nisbet, Benefits Manager, said:
