Newark - Procedure Manual
Newark & Sherwood District Council selected Destin Solutions to develop an on-line process manual that contained the policies, procedures and training notes for all the key functions within Revenues & Benefits (namely Benefits, Council Tax, NNDR, Sundry Debtors and Cashiering).
Phil Ward, Revenues & Benefits Manager at Newark & Sherwood said:
