Destin have (in conjunction with our software provider) developed an on-line Performance Management tool which is easy and fun to use. The tool can be personalised to tell you what you need to know about your own team's knowledge gaps.
The Knowledge Assessment Centre - ASSESS - is a web based training needs analysis tool that is provided with standard knowledge assessment 'quizzes' at a range of levels.
Your staff can complete the quiz either when you specifically want to check their development or when they feel they want to check their own progress.
This tool has been designed to enable you to create your own assessment quizzes as well as providing you with detailed results on the users that have taken the assessments.
ASSESS can be incorporated into ENLIGHT - our procedure manual to provide a seamless link that enables you to provide information and to then test user understanding.
