In light of recent government announcements, to help local authorities identify and target ratepayers who may be entitled to Small Business Rate Relief but who are not currently receiving the relief, a new report has been added to HUB that provides details of those ratepayers.
The report lists ratepayers who meet the qualifying rateable value criteria for SBRR, and do not appear to be liable for NNDR elsewhere in the country. As such, as well as not receiving SBRR they will not be eligible to receive any additional grants or support that are available.
The report is named ‘Possible SBRR Cases’ and is located in the ‘SBRR Cases’ drop down in HUB.
