The external SBRR matching routine has recently been enhanced to report on companies that have changed their name but where, as an example, one council has the company in its previous name but another council has changed to the new name.
When one of these matches has been identified you will now see a ‘X’ marker against the ratepayer name that the company used previously. By hovering over this ‘X’ marker a message will be displayed to inform the user that the company name has been changed.
In the example below you can see that Total SC Solutions Ltd in Hull has matched with Identify Talent Ltd in East Riding. At first glance this may not appear to be correct, but by hovering over the marker against Total SC Solutions Ltd a message is displayed which states that the company name has been changed to Identify Talent Ltd.
