Identifying New SBRR Matches
HUB is constantly being refreshed to identify new small business rate relief matches in your area. The recommended way of identifying new matches to update cases that have been completed is in the ‘Record Outcome’ screen, then select ‘New Case’ in Filter on Case Status to report on any new matches for your council.
HUB matches are constantly refreshed as each council publishes their ratepayer data, so you may receive new matches at any time. However, if you would like us to refresh your own ratepayer data more regularly then please feel free to send us an updated file containing the usual ratepayer data that you publish on your website or which you would use to respond to freedom of information requests.
