Destin Solutions provide the underlying reporting, analytics and dashboard technology behind CERTUS which can be tailored to each of Dukes individual client requirements. It enables clients to access their own data to monitor Dukes collection performance on their behalf, providing complete transparency and accountability.

CERTUS can build propensity to pay demographics to help drive more successful outcomes, provides debtor trend analysis and forecasts for collections and offers at a glance insights instantly and securely from any computer. The data is presented using intuitive digital dashboards consolidating information into a clear and understandable visual format. Reports can be quickly downloaded by clients and shared in a variety of formats including Microsoft Excel, Word, Powerpoint or as a CSV file.
